GlobalPassport™ is seeking a Citizenship Advisor to assist clients in navigating the complex process of obtaining dual citizenship. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Case Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the citizenship process from start to finish
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their family members to ensure clarity and smooth case progression
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via chat and email
Revenue Growth Opportunities:
• Identify opportunities for family expansions, helping clients extend citizenship services to eligible relatives
