Description:
• Achieve annual and monthly sales targets and gross margin for the region.
• Lead the regional sales team by guiding and developing them to enhance their performance.
• Manage variances between plan and actual and takes necessary action.
• Monitors the sales performance by vertical and customer segments.
• Visit existing/potential customers regularly to understand their requirements/resolve queries.
• Execute set operating strategy for that period by product, customer and ensures that the team is aligned to the same.
• Be responsible for demand/sales forecast on a monthly basis for the region.
Requirements:
• Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ Engineering in Chemistry
• 8-10yrs relevant experience in Electro Plating Industry
• Thorough technical knowledge of the product
• Understanding of changing market and customer needs
• Demonstrates positive attitude & good team spirits
• Self-learning capabilities
• Must have excellent command on the English language
