Business Development & Sales Strategy
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for specialty lubricants in the Bearing and Automotive industries across Gujarat.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management & Technical Consultation
• Engage with key decision-makers, OEMs, and end-users in the bearing and automotive sectors to build and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Conduct technical discussions and recommend suitable lubricant solutions based on customers' operational requirements.
• Demonstrate the value proposition of Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing their technical benefits and cost savings potential.
