Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Business) is preferred, along with several years of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Industry experience with Voice Recording
• Telephony systems (Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, Broadsoft, etc.)
• SIP Signaling with a solid understanding of the protocol
• Linux and Windows Server
• Microsoft Azure Network
• Windows networking
• Wireshark / WinPcap
