Description: • Responsible for overseeing and optimizing our e-commerce platform and digital customer experience across EMEA markets to drive online sales growth. • This is an operational role requiring commercial acumen, a hands-on approach, and a deep understanding of e-commerce standard methodologies, combined with a strategic vision for scaling the e-commerce platform across EMEA to support Dexcom’s growth objectives in priority markets. • Be responsible for managing and implementing a cohesive e-commerce strategy and tactics, collaborating closely with regional and local marketing teams to ensure the e-commerce channel is integrated into our marketing strategy and campaign activities. • Work cross-functionally with IT and Digital teams to ensure that the platform is optimized to the requirements of the business. • A performance marketing approach and expertise in analytics are crucial for success in this role. • Taking full ownership of the e-commerce strategy across ...
