Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns, such as order status, product inquiries, returns, and refunds.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and assist customers with navigation.
