City Cast is hiring a People & Culture Manager to help us grow thoughtfully, onboard wisely, and nurture the people-first culture that makes our team special. City Cast makes local podcasts and newsletters in cities across the U.S., and we’re expanding quickly. We’re looking for a kind, genuine, incredibly human HR leader to join our collaborative leadership team. This role will be central to helping us scale in ways that support both our people and our mission. The People & Culture Manager will manage a wide range of responsibilities; from performance reviews and developing training to benefits management and employee relations, all while keeping compliance in check and culture at the center.
