We are looking for a Director of Training and Workforce Development to join our growing Education and Training team! This role will report to the Sr. Director of Residential and Community Energy. The Education and Training team is responsible for our contractor training functions, our curriculum-development work, and our rapidly growing Workforce Development programming. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the activities of CEE’s Training Department including contractor training and workforce development programs. This position is part of CEE’s leadership team and helps to inform and carry out strategic plan initiatives. This position has 2-3 direct reports and a staff of roughly 10-15 members.
