Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily online operations of the eCommerce platform to ensure seamless
performance.
• Monitor webstore uptime and functionality, working with
technical teams to resolve any issues.
• Implement updates, promotions, banners, and seasonal
campaigns on the webstore.
• Be on call and meet daily with store owners for meetings and directions
• Knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce solutions very helpful
• Must have dependable computer and internet access.
• Import, update, and manage product listings, including
images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Optimize product content for SEO and user engagement.
• Ensure accurate product categorization and tagging.
• Monitor and process daily orders, returns, and refunds.
• Collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely
shipping and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a
timely manner.
