Compensation
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily online operations of the eCommerce platform to ensure seamless
performance.
• Monitor webstore uptime and functionality, working with
technical teams to resolve any issues.
• Implement updates, promotions, banners, and seasonal
campaigns on the webstore.
• Be on call and meet daily with store owners for meetings and directions
• Knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce solutions very helpful
• Must have dependable computer and internet access.
• Import, update, and manage product listings, including
images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Optimize product content for SEO and user engagement.
• Ensure accurate product categorization and tagging.
• Monitor and process daily orders, returns, and refunds.
• Collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely
shipping and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a
timely manner.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like
sales, conversions, and traffic.
• Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Provide insights to improve user experience and conversion
rates.
• Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, discount
codes, and special promotions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure webstore
alignment with broader marketing efforts.
• Implement A/B testing to refine user experiences.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and
efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce,
Business Administration, Marketing, or If you don’t have a degree, then
have experience and passion.
• Proven experience managing
eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
• Strong understanding of online
retail operations, including product management and customer service.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel,
Google Analytics, and basic photo editing software.
• Familiarity with SEO, HTML/CSS
basics, and content management systems.
• Excellent organizational,
communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills:
• Experience with inventory
management software or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of online payment
systems and security practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to interpret
sales data and derive actionable insights.
