Role Description
Own and lead the AMAX-client relationship. Provide advanced computing solutions tailored to customers’ unique business applications. Research and business analysis will often be required.
• Provide accurate, prompt, and thorough responses to customers’ product needs and inquiries, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and AMAX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
