We are seeking a contract conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate conveyancing in British Columbia. This is a remote, contract-based position where you will be working closely with our internal sales team to facilitate real estate transactions. This is an ongoing, part-time commitment. Responsibilities: • Receive initial instructions or letters of interest and create a lender-specific commitment. • Conduct thorough research and analysis of property titles to ensure clear ownership transfer. • Prepare instructions and ancillary documents (including lender disclosures and optional management agreement) upon receipt of the signed commitment and deposit from the borrower. • Maintain accurate records and files for all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including lenders, internal sales team, and lawyers to facilitate timely transactions. • Liaise with the lender's lawyer/conveyancer to ensure the pro ...
