Description du poste The Senior Specialist in FP&A is essential for managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the GAHM sites in Manesar(India) and Cape Town(South Africa). This role serves as a Finance Support and Business Partner, collaborating with site leadership to provide regular financial updates, insights, and analyses. Responsibilities include preparing monthly operating results, creating financial forecasts and budgets, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Additionally, the specialist will support regional FP&A initiatives to drive sound financial decision-making across the sites.
