The Role
The Square International markets recently implemented a new international operating model, with in-market business and Go-to-Market leadership accountable to the country's P&L and responsible for building and executing a country GTM strategy across functional leadership in-market.
As an individual contributor, you will cover GTM-wide strategy, planning and operations and become a primary partner to the GTM Lead role and act as the right hand person, helping bring cohesive strategy and execution across GTM for Square Canada. You will report into the Canada GTM Lead.
You Will
• Be the right hand person for the GTM Lead, defining the full-funnel GTM strategy across all channels (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Self-Serve Product Onboarding etc.)
• Oversee successful strategy implementation, ensure seamless execution, and monitor success and adapt the strategy
