JOB SUMMARY
To maintain the image and reputation of the marina as the benchmark and leading marina in the region, through continual monitoring of the competition and the connections already made with powerboat manufacturers. To continue the service provided and offered to the regions boating industry and to enlarge the service where required if deemed necessary. To uphold the company’s mission statement and statement of values, as identified.
Responsible for the operations of the on water aspects of the marina to include berthing, berthing bookings, berth allocation, vessel movements, and the safe operation of the marina to include health and safety and fire prevention.
To achieve max revenue by utilizing all available space and pre booking or double selling where possible.
To ensure all members follow the marinas rules and regulations and making sure all relevant information is held for each members / boat.
To handle membership disputes and to be available to the members
