E Rostering Team are responsible for support the ongoing education and development of our electronic rostering system, HealthRoster/Optima for nursing, allied health professionals and medical staff groups.This includes system configuration, testing, delivery of training sessions, development of guidance documentation, reporting and active promotion of the system. The post holder must therefore possess excellent communication and organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Also, proficient in using Microsoft Office, specially Excel. The post holder must also be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HealthRoster/RLDatix Optima.
