What You’ll Do:
• Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Provide product recommendations and resolve concerns
• Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records
What You Need:
• 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Shopify and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work remotely
