Garden City, New York and Manhattan, New York Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 The Reg E Intake Team Representative serves as the initial point of contact for CFPB Regulation E claims reporting within Apple Bank’s Claims Intake department and is responsible for guiding the client/caller through the claim process. The individual in this role will be responsible for being fully compliant with Reg E and its processes to successfully capture verbal claims and track all aspects of claim processing. The Representative provides support to both Apple Bank clients and internal staff regarding claim processing and card issuance/cancellations, as well as all aspects of the process. The incumbent also researches debit card transactions when necessary and provides excellent customer services while complying with regulations and established internal policies and procedures.
