We are looking for a Secretary who will provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations, with a focus on managing HCBS-related documentation and workflows within the eVero platform. This role is ideal for someone with a background in health or human services administration who is comfortable with compliance, scheduling, and client record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain electronic and physical records for HCBS participants using eVero
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, service plans, and staff documentation
• Monitor deadlines for assessments, plan renewals, and other compliance tasks
• Assist with preparing reports and documentation for audits or state reviews
• Communicate with care coordinators, staff, and family members as needed
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general administrative inquiries
• Support billing and timesheet verification through eVero as needed
