POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a driven, innovative Director of Ecommerce to spearhead our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and omnichannel growth initiatives. Reporting into the Vice President of Sales, this strategic leader will shape Slatkin + Co's digital future, managing a high-performing team while orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This individual will have a proven track record of success scaling large scale or emerging CPG brands in the categories of beauty or fragrance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Design and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to accelerate market share and revenue growth
• Lead the digital roadmap development in partnership with marketing, product and engineering teams
• Drive business strategy across sales, merchandising, pricing, and promotions
• Establish and optimize end-to-end digital customer experiences
Digital Operations & Analytics
• Oversee website merchandising, content strategy, and SEO optimization
• Lead datadriven decisionmaking through advanced analytics and reporting
• Manage KPIs including conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and retention metrics
• Direct paid media strategy across SEM, Social, and Display channels
• Develop mobilefirst shopping experiences
Customer Experience & Marketing
• Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, SMS, CRM, and loyalty programs
• Build sophisticated remarketing and retention programs
• Develop influencer and UGC strategy for beauty audience
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation
• Optimize digital touchpoints to enhance customer engagement and conversion
Team & Vendor Management
• Build and mentor a highperforming ecommerce team
• Foster innovative, resultsdriven culture
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance, operations, and creative
REQUIRED SKILL/QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of progressive successful ecommerce experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in DTC/ecommerce Track record scaling DTC brands to $50M
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in datadriven decision making
• Experience managing and developing highperforming teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and ecommerce platforms
• Experience in platforms & Apps not exclusive to; Shopify, Omni Channel Retailers (Walmart, Target, Tik Tok Shop, Michaels, Others) Order Desk, Yotpo, Klarna, Facebook, Google Ads
