Key Account Manager (Remote in Malaysia)

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the company's relationship with its most important clients. The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Key Responsibilities • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Client Solutions to support them in sustaining and reinforcing existing relationships with current or past clients • Prepare clients’ meetings and send meetings follow-ups • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to be able to propose pertinent solutions that meet clients’ needs • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitor • Prepare quotations for inbound request from existing clients • Identify upsell opportunities and play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships • Be responsible for the maintenance of our rate cards, presentation decks and the preparation of specific case studies upon request • Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams if needed and assist the campaign team (when necessary) to ensure the correct products and services are being delivered to clients • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust • Competition monitoring, analysis and reporting Requirements: • Proven experience as key account manager - minimum 3 to 5 years • Previous experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs • Ecommerce or digital media experience would be a huge plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation • Flexible, collaborative and team-oriented • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize workload and effectively manage time while meeting client's deadlines. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ready to work independently and remotely • Ability to work in a start-up environment of continuous change and rapid growth • Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa and English Salary: attractive salary package + sales commission based on quotas achievement Please apply for this position by filling up the form HERE.
