Description:
• Supporting the implementation of communications plans to support Ford’s Model e Go To Market communications with a focus on dealers and customers.
• The Dealer Communications Manager will report to the Director of Electric Vehicle Go-to-Market Communications.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of communications and business experience in a complex organization, with a focus on media relations and change management or introducing a new product feature or concept.
• Bachelor's Degree in communications or similar field
• Strong project manager. Applies discipline and rigor around planning and execution.
• Skilled in media relations; knows how to craft and place stories; responsive, professional and courteous to journalists, even when managing issues.
• Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and cross-functional setting working with colleagues across business units and geographies.
• Proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with attention to detail.
• Skilled writer and editor (including speeches), and presentation developer, with ability to understand technical information.
• Can make decisions independently and organizationally savvy to successfully grow complex relationships
