Our SAP & ERP Practice aids significant global firms in leveraging digital ERP solutions, particularly SAP, to drive business transformation and realize substantial value. Job Overview The Director for SAP, ERP Platforms Practice will play a crucial role in leading integrated transformation solutions and services tailored to the specific needs of clients in relevant market segments. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, strategic sales acumen, and extensive experience in SAP transformation programs, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality consulting services while meeting revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell SAP integrated transformation solutions and services. • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP matters within relevant markets. • Accountable for consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts, targeting annual revenues of ~$2-5M from consulting engagements. • Drive new business development and the implementation of SAP solutions into medium to large enterprises. • Manage business opportunities at key accounts to elevate the firm's service quality. • Ensure consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within budget. • Coordinate relationship-building activities with partners and engagement teams. • Lead proposal development to position the firm's Consulting value proposition effectively. Skills • Proven project and program delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs. • Strong commercial development and presence with senior executives. • Previous leadership experience within a services organization. • Innovative problem-solving abilities. • Strong sales and closing skills at executive levels. • Extensive networks and relationships within relevant industries. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills. • Collaborative team player with inspiring leadership capabilities. • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree required; relevant fields preferred. • Experience in managing multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, particularly ECC and S/4 HANA. • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. • Ability to operate in dynamic environments and manage rapid change. • Recognized expert in SAP with a track record of aligning functional areas with business requirements. • Proven ability to mentor and guide teams of consultants. • Willingness to travel as needed.
