Our mission is to captivate audiences and deliver exceptional results, and we’re looking for an E-Commerce Designer to join our agile team. Role Overview: The E-Commerce Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in crafting visually compelling designs optimized for DTC audiences and direct response marketing funnels. Key Responsibilities: • Create attention-grabbing landing pages, graphics, and sales funnels, tailored to DTC audiences. • Design seamless customer experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality to maximize conversions. • Develop creative assets for email campaigns, social media ads, and product launches, adhering to direct response principles. • Use Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and A/B test variations for continuous improvement. • Maintain and elevate brand standards across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive digital presence. • Work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and developers to deliver results-driven designs. • : Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and new insights from performance data. Requirements: • Proven Expertise: Minimum 3 years experience designing for DTC brands or direct response marketing companies. • Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Direct Response Mindset: Deep understanding of DTC and direct response design principles, including attention-grabbing visuals, strong calls-to-action, and conversion-driven layouts. • Data-Driven Creativity: Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable design improvements. • Flexibility & Speed: Thrive in a high-paced environment with rapidly changing deadlines and priorities. • Strong Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing e-commerce designs, direct response marketing materials, and high-performing campaigns. • Nice to have: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, motion graphics a plus • Great to have: prior experience at an ecommerce or direct response company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you able to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)? • Did you remember to attach your portfolio or provide a link to it?
