Job Title: Coordinator Merchandise Production (Retail) Reports To: Sr Manager, Merchandise Production (D2C/Retail) Department: Merchandise Production Location: London A little bit about our team: The merchandise production team manages global sourcing, product development, purchasing, production and logistics to deliver merchandise for a vast roster of artists covering concert tours, eCommerce and third party retailers. Merchandise includes a variety of branded apparel, headwear, accessories, paper goods, etc. Your role: Work closely with Retail Sales team to develop, source, quote, order, ship and invoice incoming orders for third party retailers. Constant monitoring of multiple orders simultaneously. Daily communication with retail customers, internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure orders are delivered to spec and on time. Also assist the greater Production team with Tour and D2C projects as needed. This is a fast paced, high volume position that requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, organization, problem solving and a relentless work ethic. Here you’ll get to: Support Retail Sales team and a variety of other internal customers Communicate with external customers to insure PO’s are executed correctly Keep sales reports up to date and constant monitoring of open orders schedule. Complete project management from inception to delivery of multiple orders simultaneously Work Independently handling merchandise orders Create purchase orders and work closely with vendors to insure successful delivery Track and prioritize production schedule daily Develop and maintain vendor relationships Participate in day to day Production tasks across all channels About you: You have experience in Retail buying, Purchasing or Project management You have excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail skills You are customer focused, results driven and have a driving work ethic You have excellent communication and highly organized You enjoy a fast paced environment, can prioritize, problem solve and be flexible You are eager to learn new skills, software and work flow systems You can take direction and are a team player.
