As our client experiences rapid growth in their marketplace platform, they need a dedicated Customer Success Operations Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success for their B2B clients. The Impact you’ll make
Client Onboarding Management
• Conduct 1-on-1 onboarding sessions with new clients
• Guide clients through internal tool setup and configuration
• Create and maintain customer training materials using ChatGPT
Process Optimization
• Update and maintain CRM (Attio) with client information
• Ensure automation workflows are properly configured and executed
• Monitor and track onboarding progress for all accounts
Customer Communication
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and Slack
• Schedule and coordinate customer meetings using Calendly
• Provide regular status updates to clients
Platform Support
• Configure customer accounts in internal tools
• Set up and manage email automation in Customer.io
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and customer communication tools
• Track record of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Experience with process documentation and implementation
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Working Hours:
• Flexible schedule within business hours EST timezone (40 hours per week)
Compensation:
• $7 per hour
