Key Responsibilities: • Startup Finance Advisory: Provide expert financial advice to startup founders, helping them navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities in their growth stages. • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead FP&A processes to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with the company’s strategic goals. • Accounting and Bookkeeping Management: Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. • Payroll Setup and Management: Establish and manage payroll systems that ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. • Financial Systems Implementation: Set up and maintain financial systems, including QuickBooks or other relevant software, to streamline financial operations. • Financial Reporting & KPI Tracking: Prepare and present financial reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to support decision-making. • Board & Investor Relations: Participate in board meetings, prepare financial reports for stakeholders, and assist with investor relations to secure funding and support growth. • Tax Advisory and Compliance: We offer tax planning and advisory services and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. • Risk Management involves Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure long-term stability. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
