This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client experiences. • Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management (25%), SOPs, Handbook Creation, and Process Building (40%), Vendor and Customer Support (20%), Day-to-Day Operations, Administrative Tasks, and R&D (15%). Requirements: • At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or project management. • Prior experience in the e-commerce, D2C, or supply chain industries is highly desirable. • Proficiency with operational tools and platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar project management systems. • Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from data. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
