We’re seeking an experienced advisor to support our work helping organizations maximize their potential, helping teams become more engaged, customers more delighted and leaders better equipped and empowered to thrive through change. We are seeking mid- to senior-level candidates with 5-10+ years of experience supporting organizational development, change management, and transformation projects in a wide variety of organizations and sectors (such as the Federal government, private sector, academia, non-profit sector and/or philanthropy). Previous experience in management consulting is highly desired, though not required. Successful candidates will have demonstrated proficiency leading or coaching change initiatives, assessing organizational needs and designing effective solutions for improvement, strong project management and problem solving skills, capable of facilitating workshops and guiding leaders through decision-making processes, experience in process improvement analysis and enhancement, ability to use data to benchmark, evaluate and inform organizational assessments and recommendations, excellent communication skills and be a creative, agile thinker and doer.

Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Change Management
• Design and implement organizational assessments for a wide variety of organizations.
• Conduct in depth interviews, observational analysis, focus groups and desk research, collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data in order to make recommendations for leaders that invite their trust in and support for their next steps.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to benchmark, evaluate and inform organizational assessments and recommendations.
• Define new pathways for change and transformation within client organizations.
• Coach leaders to develop new capacities, capabilities, and mindsets that will help them succeed, grow, and evolve.
• Map core organizational processes, analyze workflows, conduct jobs-to-be-done and roles/responsibilities analysis, in order to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Adjust and right-size organizational design / development approaches and solutions based on client needs and capacity.
• Design and implement compelling communications campaigns intended to engage teams in change management initiatives.
• Communicate findings and learnings compellingly and visually for different audiences.
• Maintain and implement organizational design and development best practices internally and externally.
Project Management and Leadership
• Support and manage multiple projects running concurrently, including leading teams and managing personnel.
• Engage directly with clients to build trust, understand needs, and obtain feedback.
• Conceptualize project needs and define action steps for accomplishing milestones and deliverables while meeting project deadlines.
• Work closely with a team using human-centered design problem solving to inform user-centered approaches to change management and organizational development.
• Support internal capacity building, business development, and knowledge management.
Requirements:
Organizational Development & Change Management
• Experience developing and overseeing organizational development and change management plans, processes, and products from assessment to implementation strongly preferred.
• Experience assessing organizational dynamics, structure, health, culture, systems, values, climate, etc in order to recommend and implement effective changes.
• Ability to cultivate buy-in and influence leaders to guide new directions, strategies and initiatives within their organizations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting/coaching leaders to effectively guide transformation within their teams/organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking skills desired, balanced by ability and capacity to execute end-to-end initiatives inside client organizations.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically about organizational transformation, growth and culture-building practices.
• Understanding of best practices in organizational development and change management and the ability to simplify and make this content inviting and engaging for non technical audiences.
Collaboration and Client Engagement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective and trusted working relationships with a geographically and culturally diverse range of stakeholders from various industries.
• High emotional intelligence is required, as are strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, deep listening, the ability to cultivate an environment of psychological safety and to navigate complex relationships and sensitive client situations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communications.
• Proven ability to use empathy and others' perspectives to creatively frame engagements and surface possible solutions.
• Ability to embrace positivity and joy in the virtual work environment.
Execution
• Experience leading, managing and owning projects, tasks, and/or workstreams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality and professional products within tight timeframes.
• Experience creating compelling slide decks, executive briefings, guidance documents, and more.
• Ability to problem-solve complex issues using strong analytical skills.
• Well organized, attentive to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• Must be based in the United States.
Type of Position: Full-time preferred. This role will be remote with occasional travel for client engagements.
Compensation: The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $160,000, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, Frontier offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible work schedules, 20 days of paid time off, 11 paid federal holidays, immediate 401K contribution, health/dental & vision insurance and more. All employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
