Project Manager with client facing tasks (for a CRO Agency)

What You’ll Be Doing: • Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and set timelines to ensure project success from inception to completion. • Resource Allocation – Manage team resources effectively, ensuring that tasks are appropriately assigned to meet project deadlines. • Monitor Progress – Keep track of project milestones, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep everything on track. • Client Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing daily updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. • Reporting – Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, summarizing progress, roadblocks, and outcomes to both clients and internal stakeholders. • Client Onboarding – Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the project’s direction and expectations. • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with designers, developers, and e-commerce strategists to ensure projects meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional value to our clients. What We’re Looking For: • Organized & Detail-Oriented – You have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat. • Strong Communicator – You can convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, making sure everyone is on the same page. • Client-Focused – You have a knack for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. • Tech-Savvy – Experience with project management tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Shopify, Intelligems, Figma, and Slack is a plus. • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a project manager, preferably in the web development or e-commerce space. • Bonus if you are familiar with e-commerce and development space and you have experience in the CRO field.
