Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced bilingual Arabic/English E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Dubai or work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and sales strategies tailored to UAE & KSA markets. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement within the assigned markets. • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product information, compelling visuals, and competitive pricing. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience. • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to platforms. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives, and provide actionable insights for improvement. • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce in the assigned markets. • Collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to expand product offerings and enhance the platform’s capabilities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field. • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in UAE or KSA markets. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus. • Experience with Amazon UAE & KSA marketplaces and Noon. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Woo Commerce is a plus. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Experience in Dietary or Sport Nutrition is a big plus. • DO NOT apply if you are not fluent in English & Arabic languages.
