If so, Smarter Snacks is looking for you! We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Affiliate Program & E-Mail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate program and e-mail marketing campaigns in order to drive sales and revenue growth for Smarter Snacks. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage our affiliate program, including identifying and recruiting affiliate partners, and monitoring performance with predefined tools • Create and execute e-mail marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer retention • Conduct market research to identify potential new affiliate partners and target audiences for our e-mail marketing efforts • Analyze data and track metrics to assess the success of affiliate and e-mail marketing efforts • Collaborate with the marketing team to align the affiliate and e-mail marketing strategies with overall company objectives and campaigns • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies, as well as e-mail marketing best practices • Experience managing affiliate programs and using affiliate tracking software • Proficiency in e-mail marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions • Strong project management and organizational skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment At Smarter Snacks, we are passionate about our products and our customers.
