The Role
We are seeking an experienced e-Learning developer to join our dynamic team. The role involves delivering engaging learning content through digital platforms, ensuring learners gain comprehensive knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authouring training programmes, coupled with excellent communication skills and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
• Demonstrate proficiency in using e-learning platforms, virtual classroom tools, and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience. Expertise in Articulate suite is an advantage.
• Training Development:
• Create interactive and informative e-learning training modules.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, that align with established learning objectives.
• Utilize a variety of methods and tools to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure maximum knowledge retention.
• Adapt training content to suit different skill levels and experience of participants.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the relevant concepts, processes, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the field, incorporating relevant updates into training materials.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging and effective e-learning modules.
• Review and update training content to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Develop assessment tools to measure participants’ understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners, both individually and collectively, to support their continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as an e-learning developer.
• Technically adept, comfortable with e-learning platforms, multimedia tools, and virtual classroom technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability to different learning environments and audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and approachable demeanor.
• Continuous learning mindset, keeping abreast of advancements in e-learning and training methodologies.
