About the role As an International Senior Project Manager, you will lead a collaborative project team consisting of both our clients and Benify stakeholders. You will be fully responsible for the management and successful delivery of your assigned projects, overseeing their launch and seamless handover to ongoing services. Your role will encompass the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects. Additionally, you will be accountable for defining the project scope, managing the project team and resources, and ensuring the overall success or failure of the project. We are looking for a dedicated professional eager to advance their career in project management, with the potential to progress into a Squad Lead role. As a Senior Project Manager you will: Lead implementation projects for Benify clients in the International segment, mainly: Implement new client countries and additional modules on existing clients. Lead reoccurring (e.g. yearly) renewal projects on existing clients and internal projects. Lead refactoring and maintenance projects on existing clients. Working within the Benify preferred methodology, you will: Work in collaboration with the client project team and internal colleagues to prioritize requirements based on resources, scope change and service delivery agreements. Collaborate with the client project team and internal colleagues to plan the delivery of waves and programmes of work. Facilitate the scoping process with a cross functional team to capture detailed requirements. Facilitate continuous improvement in the client/Benify project team through empirical data/experience and transparency, inspection and adaptation. Effectively manage risks and unblock, blocking issues to ensure continuous progress and risk mitigation. Effectively manage internal and external requests for change in relation to the complexity of the project to avoid scope creep. Feedback client development requirements through the correct channels to ensure the product remains market leading. Who we are looking for Required: Experience working with large complex projects. 3-7 years experience working as a project manager. Enjoy problem-solving, working in teams, and taking initiative. It's a plus if you have: Benefits experience from either working for a benefits tech company, implementing benefits tech within your organisation, being a tech-savvy individual in the benefits sector, or a benefits professional within the tech industry (e.g. within a SaaS company or tech startup).
