Job title: PA Support Center - E-Commerce Specialist Company: Palace Entertainment Job description: Primary focus is park-facing role support for our US amusement and water park website. This position comes with responsibility and the ability to increase your skill set, even though it does not require years of experience. Responsibilities include: · Support of web content and updates for all US & AUS properties via managing a Jira ticketing system · Assist in training team members in Adobe Experience Manager · Support global site migration projects · Partner with the Customer Directors/ Marketing Managers at the parks to ensure sites fit national strategies and meet requirements · Collaborate with parks to find the best tools for highlighting their key content and creating the best path to purchase · Analyze performance. Establish and present best practices · Lead process and strategies for making large seasonal changes (ex.
