Pawfy is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital presence and optimize customer experiences across all touchpoints. This role combines aesthetic design, brand storytelling, and a strategic focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate has extensive experience with A/B testing, consumer research, and data-driven design strategies, particularly within the D2C space.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Excellence: Create visually stunning, user-centric designs that align with Pawfy’s brand identity and values.
• Conversion Optimization: Continuously refine user journeys to maximize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall site performance.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage data insights to guide design decisions, validate concepts, and drive measurable results through A/B and multivariate testing.
• Consumer Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand our target audience, their pain points, and behavior patterns.
• Brand Storytelling: Craft engaging digital experiences that connect emotionally with users while showcasing Pawfy's brand narrative and product benefits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business goals into seamless and high-performing user interfaces.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend iterative improvements to design and functionality.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on D2C e-commerce brands and conversion optimization.
• Expertise: Proven track record of driving measurable improvements through A/B testing, heatmaps, user journey mapping, and CRO techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics/Optimize, Hotjar, VWO etc.).
• Research Capabilities: Strong background in consumer behavior research and user testing methodologies.
• Storytelling Ability: Talent for combining visuals and narratives to create compelling digital brand experiences.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
