The Opportunity
As our first Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle,
from sourcing to onboarding, across a range of positions including tech, product, marketing,
and operations. You will have the freedom to create scalable recruiting processes, build a
world-class team, and establish the foundation for the company's long-term growth.
If you have experience recruiting in high-growth environments, love working in a fast-paced

What You’ll Be Doing:
● Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing
offers.
● Building a robust talent pipeline across tech, gaming, marketing, and operations
roles.
● Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and crafting detailed
job descriptions.
● Developing and executing an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
● Managing relationships with external recruiters and agencies, ensuring alignment
with company culture.
● Designing and implementing recruitment processes and systems that can scale with
the company's growth.
● Mentoring and building a recruitment team as the business expands.
What You’ll Need:
● 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
● Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles in tech, marketing, operations, and
product.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both
candidates and stakeholders.
● The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
● A strategic mindset with a passion for building teams and recruitment processes from
scratch.
Bonus Points For:
● Experience recruiting in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or iGaming industries.
● A strong network in the crypto or tech space.
● Experience working with global, multi-territory teams and products.
