General Accountant for US Healthcare E-Commerce Company - Remote

Overview Join a dynamic and innovative US healthcare e-commerce business dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting and support the financial integrity of our growing business. In Short • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). • Perform month-end closings, reconciliations, and journal entries. • Utilize and maintain NetSuite for financial operations and reporting. • Manage bi-weekly payroll processing. • Generate and analyze financial reports for leadership. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred but not required. • At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. • Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Ability to overlap at least 4 hours with Eastern Standard Time. • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
