• The Role: Marketing & Brand Lead*
We are seeking a strategic Marketing & Brand Lead to join our Innovation & Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that authentically represent OneFeather's mission while driving adoption of our solutions across Indigenous communities. You will lead our brand development, oversee product marketing initiatives, and ensure our communications consistently reflect Indigenous values.
• What you'll do:*
Product Marketing and Positioning:
- Develop clear product narratives and positioning that resonate with Indigenous Nations and peoples
- Create and execute compelling go-to-market strategies for our solutions and offerings
- Lead product launch communications and marketing campaigns
- Establish frameworks for measuring marketing impact
- Work cross-functionally to ensure effective positioning while maintaining trust
Brand Development and Communications:
- Build and protect OneFeather's brand identity and corporate narrative
- Oversee content strategy and thought leadership initiatives
- Manage communications across diverse stakeholder groups
- Develop crisis communication and issues management protocols
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Guide marketing strategy and execution across the organization
- Develop data-driven marketing programs that respect Indigenous values
- Establish marketing best practices and build scalable capabilities
- Manage marketing resources and budget effectively
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across product and service offerings
• Required Qualifications:*
- 7+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong track record in product marketing and brand development
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of digital product marketing
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience marketing technology products or digital services
- Understanding of Indigenous governance and protocols
- Background in B2C, B2B, and B2G marketing
- Experience with crisis communications and issues management
- Deep understanding of or willingness to learn Indigenous perspectives
