In Short • Oversee and streamline inventory management, shipment planning, and warehouse coordination. • Manage large volumes of Purchase Orders (POs) with varying payment terms. • Work with international suppliers, primarily in China and the US. • Handle complexities of freight scheduling and warehouse logistics. • Act as a key point of contact for different departments to ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management within an E-Commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environment. • Expertise with inventory management tools like SoStocked (or similar). • Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with international suppliers, particularly in China. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to handle complex logistics challenges and provide efficient solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively with team members and suppliers. • High level of proactivity—this is not a role for someone passive.
