About the role We are looking for experienced cook / Chef required for an Busy Indian restaurant in Thornlie. We are looking for like-minded people to join our energetic, passionate team, and are willing to adopt our winning Culture and make it their own Skills : • Experienced in the kitchen as a cook • Demonstrate strong leadership skills. • Ability to work in a team • Advanced communication and organizational skills • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours of work when needed • Must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as a minimum of 38 hour / week • Cooking and oversee kitchen operations including stock take and stock check. • Inspect all food products, prepare food as ordered by customers.
