Shopify Site Coordinator | E-Commerce

This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client - The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They can still negotiate you. Specific position: Site Strategy Coordinator • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree • Willing to work on any shift assigned or shifting schedule especially Nightshift or Midhsift *We are still verifying to our client the specific schedule of this role) • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed • A minimum of 3 years of Shopify experience a must • Shopify Plus experience preferred • Experience with Shopify POS a huge plus • Understanding of Shopify to complete tasks like adding products, editing collections, etc. • ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel ● Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Google Analytics, and Searchspring is a plus ● Consumer goods/fashion/lifestyle brand experience is preferred • Familiarity with task management tools a must, Asana and Jira preferred. Ability to add tasks, manage sprints, brief in requests, manage requests, etc. • Good communication and English skills – ability to send emails to the team, provide updates via Slack, etc. • Understanding of how one thing impacts another – ie. if a change is made to the website, anticipate that the same change may have to be made on the mobile app and ask if that should be done • Amenable to work in Antel Ortigas, Pasig if needed : For now, this is WFH set up • Can start ASAP Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Schedule: • Afternoon shift • Day shift • Early shift • Evening shift • Late shift • Night shift • Rotational shift • Shift system Application Question(s): • Are you willing to work on Shifting and any shift assigned schedule (Must be flexible) especially Nightshift? • Are you willing to work in a remote work set up and reporting in Ortigas, Pasig if needed (meeting/social events/to get the work equipment)?
