Job Summary:
ULTRATEND is seeking an experienced Digital Services Manager to drive business growth and ensure seamless service delivery for mid-market clients in the UK and US. The role requires a professional with 6-8 years of experience in service delivery and 3-5 years of proven success in business development. The manager will focus on acquiring and managing mid-sized clients for digital marketing, e-commerce development, and web solutions while leading the team and delivering exceptional project outcomes. A strong network of accounts in the UK or US is essential to generate order flow from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Leverage your existing network of mid-market accounts in the UK or US to secure immediate business opportunities and generate order flow.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire mid-sized clients for digital services, focusing on the UK and US markets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning ULTRATEND as a trusted partner.
• Identify and respond to client needs, market trends, and growth opportunities in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure high-value projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with company goals.
Service Delivery & Project Management:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing, e-commerce, and web development projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
• Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing) and e-commerce solutions (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Ensure client satisfaction through performance optimization and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
Team Recruitment and Leadership:
• Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing team, including marketers, developers, and project managers.
• Integrate new hires with existing teams, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure team alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in service delivery within digital marketing, e-commerce, or web development.
• 3-5 years of hands-on business development experience targeting mid-sized clients in the UK or US.
• Network: An established network of mid-market accounts in the UK or US is essential to generate immediate order flow.
• Market Knowledge: Expertise in working with mid-market clients in the UK and US, understanding their unique needs and expectations.
• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to identify, pitch, and secure high-value digital service contracts.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in recruiting, managing, and mentoring teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, proposals, and presentations.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or project management are a plus.
