ARIBA Business Administrator Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Maintain and configure the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring its smooth operation and security. Lead the administration of SAP Ariba, including user access management, configuration setup, and customization to meet diverse regional requirements. User Support: Provide support and training to users, addressing any issues or questions they may have. Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the Ariba system, including supplier and procurement data. Ariba Engagement: Manage the coordination of system upgrades, patches, and integrations with SAP Team while ensuring minimal disruption to global operations. Act as a liaison between IT teams, SAP Ariba vendors, and the global procurement team to facilitate effective Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with experience in e-sourcing platforms. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with e-sourcing tools (preferably ARIBA) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
