Job Description: E-Commerce Growth Specialist (Amazon, TikTok, Temu, Meta)
Shift : 7am - 4pm PST (US Time Zone)
Location : Remote
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Specialist to identify high-potential products across platforms like Amazon, TikTok, Temu, and Meta, and develop strategies to resell or drop ship these products profitably. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product research tools like Helium 10, running performance marketing campaigns (with a focus on achieving 3X+ ROAS), and a proven track record in managing profitable e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Research & Selection:
• Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and similar platforms to identify best-selling products on Amazon with high profit margins.
• Analyze trends on TikTok, Temu, Meta, and other platforms to identify viral products for reselling or drop shipping.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure product viability in the USA market.
Amazon Marketplace Management:
• Optimize product listings with high-converting keywords, images, and descriptions.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and fulfillment strategies for reselling or drop shipping on Amazon.
• Leverage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales while maintaining target ACOS.
Performance Marketing:
• Create and execute Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic to product listings or dedicated landing pages.
• Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure 3X ROAS or higher.
• Use TikTok Ads and influencer partnerships to generate viral campaigns.
Drop Shipping & E-Commerce Operations:
• Build and manage the drop-shipping process from supplier sourcing to customer delivery.
• Ensure smooth logistics and supply chain management to minimize delays and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new platforms and tools to streamline operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Regularly report on profitability, sales growth, and new product testing results.
• Use insights to continuously improve product selection and marketing strategies.
Strategy Development:
• Create end-to-end performance marketing strategies that ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Develop plans to scale successful products and optimize underperforming ones.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative marketing approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in e-commerce product research, drop shipping, or reselling, with a strong focus on the USA market.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, TikTok Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of achieving 3X ROAS or higher in performance marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and PPC advertising.
• Proficiency in running ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
• Knowledge of SEO for product listings and e-commerce platforms.
Analytical Skills:
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to identify profitable opportunities.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and TikTok Analytics.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing suppliers and influencers.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results under tight deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Temu and other emerging platforms.
• Background in influencer marketing or social media strategy.
• Familiarity with fulfillment methods like Amazon FBA, FBM, or third-party logistics.
