User Experience Manager - - - - - - - - - - - - Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Conduct in-depth user research, map out user journeys, and apply data-backed insights to create designs that solve real user problems and exceed their expectations. Conduct usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. Conduct and lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders, business, and development teams Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Integrate AI-driven insights and tools to enhance user experience and personalisation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. Proficiency in design tools such as Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in UX design. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a user-centric mindset.
