The Position
As a member of the Inbound SDR Team, you'll be playing a crucial role converting prospective buyers into qualified pipeline for our sales team. Leveraging our internal tools you will develop relationships within prospective clients and identify the potential value Deel can provide them. You will have a big impact on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider sales team, learning from the marketing team on what creates the demand, and qualification of leads to help us hit our revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Drive Deel's growth through inbound client development, translating sales leads into opportunities and closed business.
• Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
• Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
• Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
• Adhere to daily SLAs to optimize our revenue funnel
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
• Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
• Proactively check multiple calendars for Sales Reps/ slack channels to qualify meetings
Requirements
• Based anywhere in India
• Fluent English
• Sales experience is a big plus
• You are curious
• You always want to understand how things work
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
• You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
• You have at least 3 months experience in a client facing role
• You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic and customer facing environment
• You default towards Optimism.
• You want to build a career on the Deel Sales team
• You like working with others and aim to help others be more successful
• You clean up after yourself. Even when no one is watching.
• Bonus - If you have worked with Salesforce, Outreach or Gong
