Remote Inventory and Fleet Manager

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join our team as an Inventory and Fleet Manager. We welcome candidates with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn. Duties: -Maintain Vehicle Maintenance -Schedule Maintenance and Inspections as Needed -Maintain list of Vehicles and update ST, Fleetio and Coast accordingly -Create Manual PO's for customer parts bought at stores (this can be worked daily). Make sure they have been added to the customer's invoice. -Create and process replenishment PO's -Reconcile and Batch PO's -Check PO Receipts in Service Titan and contact techs that have not received their inventory -Update parts in Service Titan as needed -Create weekly Inventory Counts for the Techs (pick 5 items for the techs to count each week) -Make sure Inventory Counts and Adjustments are processed -Ensure warranty tagged parts are being sent in as expected -Create Process and Conduct Van Audits -Review Dash Cam videos and metrics -Tracking for PO's that have already been sent and update accordingly -Research repair shops and coordinate needed repairs on vehicles as they arise. -Coordinate needs for vehicle wrecks/accidents, including shop repairs, insurance claims, etc. Skills: -Knowledge and use of Word and Excel -Clear verbal communication and connections with technicians and repair shops -Experience in the vehicle service industry is strongly recommended, but not required -Basic knowledge of needed preventative maintenance needed on vehicles -Organizational skills and attention to detail -Drive to learn new computer software programs -Ability to make efficient schedules for technicians to do inventory and vehicle maintenance -Maintain a fleet of 35 vehicles and growing, spanning over 4 states currently. Workspace requirements: You need to have a quiet, private space away from distractions as you will be working from home. You will also need a desk, an ergonomic chair, and a hardwired high-speed internet connection. Your internet connection must be able to maintain a download speed of 10 Mbps and an upload speed of 3 Mbps More about Caffeinated Coffee Repairs: We have a solid team throughout the Texas market, as well as New Mexico, Louisiana, and Washington State. As a team we support all areas to service our customers above and beyond their expectations. We perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of coffee equipment for all our customers. We specialize in many different espressos, brewer, and grinding equipment. We are one of the largest vendors in the Nation covering all of Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Washington, and other states keeping the coffee world turning. New hires begin riding along with a certified technician until we can get them enrolled in a certification class. We work with several different manufacturers and companies. Once trained and certified you can then go out on your own. Although the job is mostly independent work, we still work as a team to support each other. We also thrive to have great customer interaction, and to keep our customers satisfied. Technology has changed a lot, so we work on some of the most advanced equipment that requires lots of troubleshooting from time to time.
