MAIN DUTIES: Process documents thru verification and indexing Set-up Approved Sourcing Rules, Sourcing Rules Assignment and MRO Item Creation in Oracle Generate and publish reports as stated in process documents and schedule timeline Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for information needed on different surveys Support Business Plan Continuity to the other Supply Chain teams JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree, preferable Business or Engineering graduate At least 6 months experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain Basic MS Excel skills Good English Communication (read, write and speak) Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, organized and willing to work on specialized task Support and deliver excellence in team & company goals & objectives Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
