We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to generate leads and sales. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities. • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive conversions. • Track sales performance using CRM software and prepare regular sales reports. Marketing Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.). • Manage the company’s social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers. • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and market trends. • Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage with prospects and clients. • Optimize the company website and digital channels for SEO and user experience. • Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials, brochures, and presentations. • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [industry sector]. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to analyze data and market trends to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. • Experience with content marketing or video production is a plus. • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other web analytics tools.
