Requirements: • 5+ Years of Software Development Experience: Including 2+ years in blockchain development and a strong track record of leading technical teams. • Based in EMEA: We are a remote-first team, but we require all employees to be based in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia. • Deep Expertise in AI & LLMs: Proven experience in developing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs), with a solid understanding of current AI innovations and trends. • Domain Knowledge in Blockchain: Strong understanding of Account Abstraction, Smart Contract Wallets, Relayers, and Bundlers, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance the DAN and AA products. • Passion for Crypto: A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency space, with a drive to contribute to the future of decentralized technologies. • Technical Leadership: Experience leading internal technical projects, setting high standards, and collaborating across diverse teams. • Developer Experience Focus: A demonstrated ability to create solutions that prioritize a seamless and intuitive developer experience. • Clean & Modular Code: Proficiency in writing clean, modular, and well-tested code, with a focus on maintaining high quality and scalability.
